By using this website or registering for any Zani services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Zani Universe offers educational programs, workshops, performances, and related creative activities in clowning, comedy, and physical theatre. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, course materials, videos, and curriculum (including the Francine Côté Method), are the intellectual property of Zani Universe or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content is prohibited without prior written consent.

By enrolling in a class, workshop, or event, participants acknowledge and accept that Zani Universe will take all reasonable measures to ensure safety but cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, damages, or loss of personal property.

By participating in Zani events, you grant us permission to photograph, film, and use your likeness in promotional materials, social media, and publications, without compensation. If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing prior to participation.

• Payments must be completed before participation unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are available only under the cancellation policy published for each program.
• Zani Universe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and will provide notice and refund options when applicable.

Participants are expected to respect instructors, peers, and the creative environment. Behavior that disrupts learning or violates safety may result in removal from activities without refund.

• You may not use our site for unlawful, harmful, or defamatory purposes.
• Zani Universe is not responsible for external links or third-party content accessed through our website.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this processing.

Zani Universe may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or participation in activities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
